Super Bowl XLVI
SFCU Festitivites Begin! -

SFCU employees put the ball into play and the kickoff for February began with a Super Bowl potluck! As always, we had plenty of food, lots of laughter and a stadium full of fun! First down occured when I advanced into the buffet line with my football plate overflowing! No interception by any of my fellow SFCU team players . We all wore our favorite shirts to get into the team spirit. Gametime is this Sunday, February 5th with the New England Patriots and New York Giants. For those of you who are participating in the County's Biggest Loser here is a quick tip for a healthier dip for your veggie tray; use plain or Greek yogurt. You can even gain another healthy boost by adding whole grain or wheat crackers and lean meats to your game day fare! I am really looking forward to this years commercials. I had an opportunity to see the Ferris Bueller ad. If you are at all familiar with the movie, I think you will laugh when you see this ad. Here are a few pictures of our team players!
