Membership Application

Becoming an SFCU member is easy!

First, you'll be given the opportunity to read applicable savings account disclosures.

Next, you'll be asked to provide some basic personal information and to select a basic savings account.

Then you'll tell us if you want anyone else on your account, and indicate beneficiaries.

Finally, you'll print the application, sign it , have it notarized, and mail it to us (please include a copy of your driver's license or ID card and at least $5.00 to open your basic savings account). Or you may drop off your application materials in person at any of our locations convenient to you.

Must be 13 years or older to complete membership online application.

Every SFCU member must maintain at least $5.00 in a Regular Share or Share II account. In a moment you will have an opportunity to select the account you prefer. First, however, the Credit Union is required by law to provide certain information to you about these accounts. Please read the Membership and Account Agreement and then return to this page to agree to the terms and conditions.

If you agree to the terms and conditions governing the accounts, simply select the first box and you'll go right to the Membership and Savings Account application.
