Benefits Everyone who works 25 hours or more a week gets them. A percentage of wages goes into a 401(k) plan, and employees can throw money in there, too. Employees accumulate vacation/sick hours based on years of service and hours worked. Our normal business hours run from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
